The Shell
$18,900–$19,900 CAD+ delivery
A fully weatherproof, factory-built structure: standing seam metal roof, Rainbow Rib steel siding, standard door and window with rough openings pre-sized for future acoustic upgrades, and an insulated floor. Interior studs and rafters are exposed — this is an unfinished shell, not insulated or winterized on walls and ceiling. The Shell does not include electrical by default. Electrical configuration and certification pathway are being finalized — connection must be completed by a licensed electrician and typically requires a separate permit. Marketed as a premium, general-purpose backyard structure with a clear acoustic upgrade path.
