How It Works
From quote to recording in weeks, not months.
No contractors. No permits. No construction mess. Your Sonic Safehouse is built in our Saskatchewan workshop and delivered across Western Canada — ready to plug in.
Get a Quote
Fill out our quote form with your location, preferred tier, and timeline. We'll get back to you within one business day with a custom quote and answer any questions about your property.
No commitment required at this stage.
Reserve Your Build Slot
A 30% deposit locks in your manufacturing slot and funds raw material procurement. We'll confirm your delivery window and send you the site preparation checklist.
Deposit: 30% of total price. Non-refundable once materials are ordered.
We Build in Our Shop
Your studio is assembled in our Saskatchewan workshop using our Stage 1–5 production process. Framing, acoustic stack, HVAC, electrical, and interior finish — all completed before it leaves our floor.
Build time: approximately 4–6 weeks from deposit.
You Prepare the Pad
While we build, you prepare a compacted gravel pad on your property: 9.5' × 13', 4–6" deep, 3/4" crushed limestone, level within 1/4" across the diagonal. We provide the full spec sheet.
Most clients hire a local landscaper or do it themselves in a weekend.
Framing Milestone Payment
When structural framing, roof sheathing, and mechanical rough-in are complete, the second payment is due: 40% of the total price.
We'll send photos of your build at this stage.
Final Inspection
You're invited to inspect your completed studio on our shop floor before it ships. Final payment (30%) is due at this point, immediately before loading.
Remote buyers can request a video walkthrough inspection.
Delivery Day
We load your studio onto a tilt-deck flatbed trailer and deliver it to your property. The unit slides off the trailer directly onto your gravel pad. Setup takes a few hours — not weeks.
Delivery is an additional cost, quoted per kilometre from our Saskatchewan workshop. Serving Manitoba to BC and the territories — national delivery available on request.
Plug In and Record
Connect the shore power inlet to your home's electrical panel (like an RV hookup), fire up the mini-split, and you're recording. No inspections. No waiting. Just your sound.
Electrical connection by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Delivered on a tilt-deck trailer. Setup takes hours, not weeks.
